RACING FOR HOPE
In 2004, Co-founders Marc and Renee Paul received Renee's diagnosis of breast cancer. This experience led to their commitment to help others. In 2007, they partnered with City of Hope, which is an all-inclusive medical community dedicated to the prevention, treatment and cure of cancer, to raise funds to support different types of cancer programs at City of Hope.
To date, Racing For Hope has raised over $400,000.00 to support stem cell research for brain tumors, pediatrics and pancreatic cancer and this year, the Be The Match Program will be the recipient of funds raised. The Be The Match Program helps patients battling cancers like leukemia and lymphoma find a matching bone marrow donor for their life-saving bone marrow transplant treatment.
We hope you will all join us this Sunday, March 21st at Santa Anita Race Track. Racing For Hope is the west Coast version of the Kentucky Derby so please go to www.racingforhope.com to get all of the information.
