Lasorda, 83, spent four days at a Los Angeles area hospital for an unknown bacterial infection.
He is now resting at home, Dodgers spokesman Josh Rawitch said.
Lasorda retired as manager in 1996 after a heart attack and currently serves as a special advisor to the team.
He led the Dodgers to two World Series titles in 1981 and 1988.
