VICTORVILLE -- Authorities arrested the parents of a 2-month-old boy for child abuse after the infant was hospitalized with broken legs, wrists and ribs.
23 year-old Yvette Barragon took the infant to St. Mary Medical Center with
a swollen leg earlier this month, saying her 18-month-old toddler pulled too
