Author and Pet First-Aid instructor Denise Fleck brought along some adoptable animals from the Burbank Animal Shelter.

"Jimmy" - ID #A042206
Jimmy is a neutered red & tan Chihuahua who has been at the Burbank Animal Shelter for almost two months. Jimmy is such a social little guy who loves loves loves having room mates and seems to get along with all! He is a quiet little guy who would do well in an apartment or a house. He would enjoy daily walks which would do him some good as he has put on a few pounds being at the shelter :)

"Molly" - ID #A040877
Molly is a black female Domestic Shorthaired cat who has been at the Burbank Animal Shelter for almost 4 months now. She is such a girlie girl -- very dainty and clean. She came in as a stray with a big litter of kittens along with another mommy cat and kittens. All have been long adopted yet she still awaits her turn. She loves to be petted and in return shows you lots of love. She would be ideal for anyone with kids, a senior citizen or someone who needs a buddy to keep them company.

"Silver" - ID #A042600
Silver is a short-haired male rabbit. Silver is a very sweet boy who was turned in by his owners because they no longer could care for him. He is one of a kind bunny who totally enjoys being pet. In fact when cleaning his cage in the mornings he hops up and will stretch his neck out and lay his head low hinting for you to pet him. He would be great for a family with kids. Rabbits make good pets but although smaller, require TLC just like dogs and cats do. They love attention, good nutrition and time spent with you as well as special care pertaining to their species, so do your research and make a friend for life!
