If you notice a lot of traffic and street closures in the Pasadena area, that's because the Kaiser Permanente Pasadena Marathon is underway. Marathoners, half marathoners, 10-K , 5-K and bike riders are running and riding through some of Pasadena's most historic districts, as they get some serious exercise, rain or shine.
