LOS ANGELES -- The man accused of stalking Audrina Patridge has been ordered to stay away from "The Hills" star.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David S. Cunningham granted Audrina, and her brother Mark Patridge, a 3-year restraining order against 24-year-old Zachory Loring of Petaluma.

Loring is required to stay at least 100 yards away from Audrina and Mark.

A temporary order had been in effect since Sept. 10.

Loring was arrested earlier this month in Sonoma County on two outstanding warrants for vandalism and disturbing the peace, according to Kimbra Johnson, a spokesperson for Sonoma County Sheriff's Department.

In court documents, Patridge claimed Loring came to her home on August 26, saying he was there to deliver wine.

The reality star said when she went to the door, Loring handed her a stack of photos, cards, drawings (including one that showed a woman being strangled) and poems he had written.

She claimed some of the cards were dated Sept. 15, and said she was concerned about whether she would be "injured or harmed in any way" on that date.

Patridge also accused Loring of bringing her beer which he said was from a family brewery and wanted to see her drink it.

Neighbors reportedly saw Loring on Patridge's front porch several days later.

Surveillance cameras recorded Loring waiting there for 7 hours and "talking to himself," according to the court papers.

Patridge said Loring came to her home again on August 30 dressed in a suit, and she called police.

When authorities arrived, Patridge said Loring wasn't fazed and still tried to approach her.

Cops stopped Loring and arrested him.

Loring's recent arrest does not appear to have anything to do with Patridge's restraining order request.

He's being held without bail.

The Yorba Linda-born actress, known for her sexy Carl's Jr. ads, appeared in the horror movie "Sorority Row" and the straight-to-DVD movie "Into the Blue 2: The Reef."

In February, her home in the Hollywood Dell area was burglarized, and she posted on her Web site surveillance video of the suspects.
