Good Posture

Begin by sitting up tall in your chair with your spine straight and shoulders back


Stress-Releasing Breath

Take a deep breath through your nose...the deepest you are able to take without force..and then hold your breath for 5 seconds. Imagine you are about to release all of the stress of the day, then let the breath go through your mouth with a nice "AHHHHH." Repeat 3-4 times.


Head and Neck Rolls

Then drop your chin down towards your heart, keeping the spine tall, and with deep, smooth breathing through your nose, begin to roll your head in large circles around to the right. Take a full in-breath and out-breath for each rotation. Roll your head 5 times and reverse directions for 5 big circles.


Shoulder Rolls

Now roll your shoulders 5 times. Then lift them up high towards your ears, then draw them back, then bring your shoulder blades down your spine. Make these big rolls, keeping your breath deep and full.


Forward Fold
