LA MESA, Calif.—A tall, thin gunman held up a La Mesa gas station early Monday, according to the La Mesa Police Department.
The robber entered the Arco station at 9600 Murray Drive about 1:30 a.m., showed the clerk a semi-automatic handgun and demanded money and cigarettes, police said.
The robber, described as about 6 feet 4 inches tall, wore a gray ski mask and gray zip-up hoodie.

A reward of $1,000 is available for information that leads to an arrest.
