SAN DIEGO - Dense fog will return to the San Diego coastline Sunday evening and remain in place until Monday morning's commute, according to National Weather Service.
A shallow marine layer will move inland across the coastal areas and bring dense fog Sunday starting at 8 p.m. until 10 a.m. Monday, NWS said.
Drivers should use caution, especially on Interstate 5.
Flight delays are possible at Lindbergh Field and John Wayne airports.
