PORTLAND, Ore.  -- An Alaska Airline passenger at Portland International Airport was headed for San Jose, California Tuesday evening, but ended up in jail after he stripped during a security check and refused to put his clothes back on.

John Brennan, 50, reportedly told officers that he felt the TSA agents were harassing him.

Police arrested Brennan shortly after 5:30 pm and charged him with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. They say he wasn’t under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

TSA released a statement saying, "TSA partners with the traveling public to screen all passengers safely and efficiently. When a passenger chooses to be purposefully disruptive, we notify law enforcement."
