You may have seen Portland fire boat 'David Campbell' at some of the city's summer celebrations, such as the Rose Festival and 4th of July. But did you know it's been around since 1912-'13 and it was originally designed to respond to fire emergencies on the river? Harbor pilot Robert Bergstrom explains what makes the Fire Boat unique:
