The naked truth is that nudity is protected in Oregon, so says the courts.

This comes from the John Brennan case, He’s the guy who had the 'balls' to strip buck naked when the TSA said they found nitrates, the kind used to make bombs, on his clothes. Brennan then decided, "The best way to show them that I'm not carrying a bomb is to take off my clothes."

It didn’t work. He was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor which later was downgraded to a violation like a traffic ticket. The court then decided that Brennan's naked protest is protected under free speech.

If you’re surprised by the ruling, remember, we’re talking about Portland, Oregon.

They city where biking in the buff is a community event. Maybe Oregon should change its state slogan to 'We love naked!'
