Hunter says even though she was advised not to do the interview with Oprah she wanted to speak her truth. She revealed all of the juicy details, almost all of the details, regarding her affair with the former Presidential candidate.

But the question is why would Oprah stoop so low as to give her a platform to do so? That's the question everyone's asking.

Here's what our viewers had to say on whether or not Oprah should have done the interview.

Krystal Stewart: I am sorry but she shouldn't have done the interview with Rielle! It extended her fame for 5 more minutes!! Then she has the nerve to say that she isn't a homewrecker...I am sorry but they both made the decision to sleep with one another...he looked outside his a marriage and she decided to sleep with a married man...so yeah your a homewrecker!

Lauren: I agree! No one should be given airtime who does something so wrong. Just remember "if they'll do it WITH you, they'll do it TO you!

Laura Hamlin Oates: I think she should be given an interview. She deserves her side of the story too. They are both wrong but more so John Edwards.

Tony Niles: Oprah is a publicity pimp that has this reputation of being such a good person. She really isn't that much different than the national enquirer. Sure she does some things that are good for some people's lives, but she is just as quick to damage others if she derives some sort of publicity from it.
