Police officers or Chip N Dale dancers? It's hard to tell in a video, now gone viral, of NYPD officers dirty dancing while on duty at the West Indian Day parade.
The video shows several officers in uniform bumping and grinding behind several women who appear to be willing participants.
Their bosses at NYPD are not exactly happy with their actions, especially considering nine people got shot at what is known as New York's most raucous parade.
Police Commissioner Ray Kelly told NBC New York that he has been at the Labor Day parade for many years and has seen officers "sort of get caught up with the spirit of the parade."
"I would prefer that it not have happened, but I don't want to make too much of it," Kelly said.
He said they are looking into the matter, but nothing about whether or not the officers would face any discipline.
What do you think? Was the dirty dancing that bad?

Ricks Piano Bar writes: "Bad choice. Bad timing. At least change into civvies first! Being a former Air Force Cop, there is a certain professionalism that goes with putting on the uniform. That dude needs to have a talking to by his higher ups."
Freddie writes: "Dang NYPD cop's!!!!! LMAO!!!"
