And baby makes 20! The most fertile couple in America, The Duggars, is expecting their 20th kid! 20!

Michelle, 45, and her hubby Jim Bob, 46, made the big announcement on the Today Show, along with their 19 kids and 2 grandchildren.

Some of you may be thinking, isn't she too old? I know I am. But Michelle told Ann Curry, "We are so excited. I was not thinking that God would give us another one, and we are just so grateful."

Already through her first trimester, Michelle says she's not worried about the health aspects despite complications during her last pregnancy. She says she's in great shape and doing the elliptical five days a week.

This will be Michelle first scheduled c-section, after her youngest daughter's emergency c-section made vaginal birth too risky.

Baby #19, Josie was born in December 2009, three months early and at 1 pound, 6 ounces. She fought for her live in a neonatal intensive care unit.

Asked how they can afford to have so many children, Jim Bob said, "We went to a conference to learn how to get out of debt and we did it and it is really freeing."

Michelle added, "Buy, use and save the difference, that is how we do it."

Obviously the Duggars don't believe in birth control. The couple has always said that they leave their family planning up to God.

The Duggar's 19 kids range in age from 23 to 23 months.

What do you think about this latest pregnancy? Are their religious beliefs more important than protecting Michelle against a high risk pregnancy?

Viewers serve up their thoughts:

Nathaniel writes: omg seriously?! How is that even medically possible? I guess they don't believe in contraceptives and she is extremly fertile. However it is an interesting show to watch.

Fallon writes: Bwahahahaha! That's so disgusting! Who knew you could be addicted to children. Sounds like an absolute living hell to me!
