A California woman have more than Bieber fever she may have his baby. That's right, the baby-faced teen pop sensation may be a baby daddy.
Mariah Yeater, 20, has filed a lawsuit saying that Bieber, 17, is the father of her 3-month-old baby boy. Star magazine leaked the story and has the exclusive with Mama Yeater.
She told Star that she wants Bieber to take a paternity test to "scientifically confirm" he's the daddy.
Yeater claims she was 19 when she "hooked up" with Bieber backstage at one of his L.A. concerts. That would make Bieber just 16-years-old at the time, and illegal!
She's asking the court to force Bieber "to provide adequate support for my baby," Star reported.
A court hearing is said to be set for December 15th. A spokesman for Bieber told TMZ:
"While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."
Bieber has not come out and said whether or not he's swiped his "V card". But in an interview with Rolling Stone, last February, the Christian talked about pre-marital sex saying, "I don't think you should have sex with anyone unless you love them."
Bieber already has a "baby" with his girlfriend Selena Gomez, 19. The couple of almost a year recently adopted a puppy.
So do you "Bieleb" this woman's claims?
