Former Penn State assistant football coach, Mike McQueary, whose testimony helped convict the Penn State pervert, filed a lawsuit against the university for defamation and misrepresentation asking for $4 million from the school in return.
McQueary was fired in July after nine months of administrative leave. He's hoping this whistleblower lawsuit will get him the cash he would have been entitled to, had he received his life-long salary from the university.
Last time we checked when you're fired from your job that means you 'stop' getting paid.
More importantly, anyone involved in the Jerry Sandusky sex-abuse scandal, should avoid using the word "blow" in any public situation!
