Endive, Cremini and Bleu Cheese Salad
2 whole endives, Belgian, white or red, cut in half and sliced on bias about 1/2" thick
4 tbs bleu cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted lightly and chopped
kosher salt and white pepper to top the salad
Blend in cuisinart or bar blender until smooth. Slice ingredients immediately before serving and dress liberally with the dressing. Sprinkle salad with salt and pepper.
