So The Cowboys have decided to release Terrell Owens and move into a different direction as they move into their new stadium. I don't like it. Say what you will about T.O. off the field but his production on the field speaks for itself... Three straight 1,000 yard seasons... 38 touchdowns over the past three years... T.O. is an elite receiver.

I spoke with Pro Football Hall of Famer, Michael Irvin yesterday. He questions the move. Mike told me that's a lot of talent The Cowboys are saying good-bye to. You don't just flick a switch and replace someone like T.O. and I agree 100 percent.

Roy Williams now becomes the number one receiver. After joining The Cowboys midway through last season, he only posted 19 receptions for 198 yards. Also, lets see how Tony Romo plays without Owens for the first time in his career. You know people criticized Owens a lot for complaining. I'd rather have a receiver who complained about wanting to ball to help his team win... as opposed to a quarterback who blows off a season ending loss to The Eagles (that kept you out of the playoffs). It's Tony's and Roy's team now. No T.O. to blame and kick around. I'm going on the record. The Cowboys will miss the playoffs for a second consecutive year now that T.O is no longer a Cowboy. Dallas just got a lot less interesting all of a sudden.
