A new diabetes class will be held Mondays, Sept. 23, Oct. 28, Nov. 25, Dec. 23, Jan. 27 and Feb. 24, at Western Maryland Hospital Center, The Senior Center, at Pennsylvania Avenue, Hagerstown.

BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. — War Memorial Hospital and Valley Health Wellness & Fitness Services will offer a free program “Stress Management Techniques” at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, in Education Room B at War Memorial Hospital located at 1 Healthy Way.
Kelly Walker, a health educator, will discuss stress and how it affects an individual’s wellness. She will share some tips for managing stress and participants can practice skills for managing stress. The class is open to the public, but registration is required by Friday, Sept. 20.
