    SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Mercy Springfield Communities broke ground on Tuesday on a new rehabilitation hospital near U.S. 65 at Evans Road on the southeast side of Springfield.  The $28 million facility will help patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions.
