5. 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' recap: Back the truck up

Bravo named tonight’s episode “Scream Therapy,” but there isn’t much screaming and there is only a tiny bit of therapy. But there is ‘unloading,’ some non-sequiturs disguised as logical conclusions, and despite all of that, two of the Housewives earn my respect! And one of them is not the ‘Wife you think. Tonight we have shock and some situations that will make you want to do a double take, so for the sake of accuracy, I am going to rename this episode “Back the Truck Up."

  15. Parents, teens must weigh many factors in deciding on rhinoplasty

Many teens are unhappy with their appearance and ask their parents for a "nose job," or rhinoplasty. But there are a lot of factors to consider, such as the limits of surgery, the long-term effects and possible complications, according to Dr. Patrick J. Byrne, a facial plastic surgery specialist who practices at the Johns Hopkins Cosmetic Center at Green Spring Station. Byrne, also an assistant professor at Hopkins School of Medicine, says there are better techniques to make the surgery successful, but this is still a big decision.
