Most Iraqis held by U.S. 'by mistake,' report says

GENEVA -- Up to 90 percent of the Iraqis detained by the United States were arrested "by mistake," according to coalition intelligence officers quoted in a Red Cross report disclosed yesterday. It also said U.S. officers mistreated inmates at the notorious Abu Ghraib prison by keeping them naked in dark cells.
