CCC teams Southington, Glastonbury, Conard-West Hartford, Hall-West Hartford, Farmington, RHAM-Herbon and Wethersfield all qualified for the state championship tournaments.

Coach Kaitlyn O'Donnell led Southington to a Class L championship in her first year at the helm. O'Donnell took over for Byron Knox this season. The Blue Knights finished second at the State Open to earn a berth in the New England championships.

Hand-Madison won its 10th state championship and first title since 2007 by beating Wilton for the Class M title with 139.275 points.

Samantha Lemire tied with Erin Malone for first place in the all-around championship at the State Open. The senior of the Haddam-Killingworth/Hale-Ray/Old Saybrook Co-Op scored a 37.200 and won first place in vault and floor exercise.
