    Should UConn change the face of Jonathan the Husky dog?

    • Yes. The Husky mascot is old. Every logo gets tweaked. Give the new one a chance.
    • No. Everybody loves Jonathan, with his tongue hanging out. Don't change him.
    • Maybe. Let's give UConn a chance to unveil its logo first -- and maybe UConn will give fans a chance to vote on it.

UConn plans to change the look of Jonathan the Husky on its logo, according to the school’s student newspaper, The Daily Campus. Details will be released in April. The newspaper says the new logo will be “angrier” and more “competitive.” Is Jonathan ready for a face-lift? Is he too soft, cuddly and friendly? Should UConn’s mascot look a bit fiercer? What’s your view?
