Greek Caesar Platter Salad

Makes 6 servings

 

1 pkg. DOLE All Natural Ultimate Caesar Kit

1 small seedless or ½ English cucumber, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced into rings

½ cup red onion, thinly sliced

12 grape tomatoes, halved

12 pitted Kalamata olives

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

Freshly ground black pepper

 

Combine salad in large bowl with provided accompaniments; toss with dressing.  Place salad on large platter with cucumber, red pepper, onion, tomatoes and olives arranged on top.

Sprinkle feta cheese and black pepper, to taste.
