Key ingredient:  Cheese Ravioli

#1 – Ravioli “Lasagna”

Love lasagna but short on time?  This last minute lasagna is for you!

Makes 6 servings

 

1- 26-ounce jar Meijer pasta sauce - $1.50

1 – 25 oz. bag Meijer cheese ravioli - $4.19

1- 10-ounce box Meijer frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess water

1 - 8-ounce bag Meijer shredded mozzarella - $1.88

1/2 cup Meijer grated Parmesan - $0.82

 

  1. Heat oven to 350° F. Coat a 13-by-9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and spoon in a third of the sauce.
  2. Arrange 20 ravioli on top and scatter the spinach over them. Top with half of each cheese. Cover with another layer of ravioli and the remaining sauce and cheeses. Cover dish with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes.  Uncover, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is brown and bubbly.
