Hogan performed in the World Wrestling Federation — now known as World Wrestling Entertainment — and World Championship Wrestling during his career.

The 6-foot-7, 280-pound wrestler was born on Aug. 11, 1953 in Augusta, Ga. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005.
