    Carrie Underwood&rsquo;s hit, &ldquo;Mama&rsquo;s Song&rdquo; snagged an <em>Inspirational Country Music Award</em> nomination for <em>Mainstream Inspirational Country Song of the Year</em>.&nbsp;Written even before her engagement and marriage to hockey-star Mike Fisher, the song&rsquo;s themes of love and family made it an inspiration for fans as well as a big hit on the charts. But Carrie reveals initially, the song was written as a special message for her mother Carol.<em> </em><em>&ldquo;The song was meant in the&hellip;in the beginning to kind of be&hellip;it was taking the form of, like, a wedding song. Like, this mom has to let go and give her daughter away to another person to take care of. That&rsquo;s an amazing, sad, and happy time in somebody&rsquo;s life.&rdquo;&nbsp;</em>Lady Antebellum&rsquo;s &ldquo;Hello World,&rdquo; Rascal Flatts&rsquo; &ldquo;I Won&rsquo;t Let Go,&rdquo; Ronnie Dunn&rsquo;s &ldquo;Bleed Red&rdquo; and Chris Young&rsquo;s &ldquo;Voices&rdquo; are also nominated in the category. With shows running through September, Sara is thrilled to be&nbsp;out with the band.   6. CMA's Add More Star Power

    <span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: small;">The CMA announced on Tuesday that reigning CMA Vocal Group of the Year Lady Antebellum, reigning CMA Vocalist of the Year Miranda Lambert and a top nominee at this year&rsquo;s awards, The Band Perry, will all perform as part of the 45<sup>th</sup> CMA Awards. Previously announced performers include Jason Aldean, Blake Shelton, Taylor Swift and Keith Urban. Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood return as hosts this year and will perform their hit, &ldquo;Remind Me&rdquo; on the show. In addition, pop singer Natasha Bedingfield revealed to Billboard magazine that she will join Rascal Flatts on the CMA Awards to perform their duet, &ldquo;Easy&rdquo;. The 45<sup>th</sup> Annual CMA Awards airs live from Nashville, November 9<sup>th</sup> at 8PM Eastern on ABC.</span>
