Six-year old Jackson Beck is ready to compete in biggest motocross race of his young life

During the dog days of summer, many children pass the time by participating in a myriad of activities. For six-year-old Jackson Beck, he will spend one week of his break competing in the largest amateur motocross race in the country, the Loretta Lynn Amateur Motocross Championship, named after the legendary country singer.

The Loretta Lynn National Championship, which began in 1982, features 34 race groups sorted by age, gender and types of motocross motorcycles. The race site is located on the “Queen of Country Music’s” ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee, taking place throughout the first week of August.
