Chesapeake Bay Blues Fest rained on again, but fans are ready

Skies were gray Saturday, but the gloomy weather wasn't going to get John Seigel down - not on his birthday weekend.

Standing hand-in-hand with his girlfriend, Nina Johnston, Seigel said he had just handed over $20 for a pair of ponchos, should the on-and-off drizzle turn into something heavier.

"You can't let anything ruin a good time," he said with a smile.

The Reisterstown couple drove 50 miles on Seigel's motorcycle to attend Day One of the 2013 Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival at Sandy Point State Park.
