  1. Bentley Pays Tribute

    <span style="font-size: small;">Dierks Bentley will perform a version of Pink Floyd&rsquo;s &ldquo;Wish You Were Here&rdquo; on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon as part of the TV host&rsquo;s week-long tribute to the classic rockers. The tribute week celebrates the release of Pink Floyd&rsquo;s two new box sets of re-mastered and previously unreleased material. Dierks will represent the country genre, while rock bands Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, The Shins and MGMT show their support. Dierks&rsquo; episode will air on September 30<sup>th</sup> at 12:35AM Eastern on NBC.</span>

    <span style="font-size: small;">For the sixth straight year, Dierks Bentley hosted his Miles and Music for Kids event in Nashville, raising over $200,000 for Vanderbilt&rsquo;s Children&rsquo;s Hospital. The charity motorcycle ride started in Columbia, Tenn. at the Harley Davidson headquarters, and concluded at Riverfront Park in Nashville for a star-studded concert on the gorgeous fall day in Music City.</span>

  5. Chambersburg Welcomes Country Music Sensation: Dierks Bentley

    A Franklin County Volunteer Fire Company is looking to raise thousands of dollars and has enlisted an A-list Country music star to help get the job done. Dierks Bentley is scheduled to perform in Chambersburg Friday, July 15th at Chambersburg Area Senior High School's Trojan Stadium. The concert is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. with Burns and Poe as the opening act. Bentley is scheduled to take the stage at 8:15. The concert is scheduled to be over at 11 p.m. However, tickets sales aren't going as well as expected.

  15. Celebrity Softball Challenge 2011

    Saturday, several celebrities and country stars put on their cleats and ball caps for the 21<sup>st</sup> annual <em>City of Hope</em> <em>Celebrity Softball Challenge</em> at Nashville&rsquo;s <em>Greer Stadium</em>. The event, which is part of the <em>CMA Music Festival</em>, helps raise money for <em>City of Hope</em>, a program that promotes the research, treatment and education of cancer and other deadly diseases. <em>American Idol</em> winner and high school baseball athlete Scotty McCreery was able to bring some of his teammates down to Nashville for the weekend.&nbsp; Scotty and team <em>Grand Ole Opry</em> won the game 9-5. Other artists who played in the game included <em>Idol</em> runner-up Lauren Alaina, Dierks Bentley, Vince Gill, Joe Nichols, Julie Roberts and more.

    Sara Evans is one of the many country stars taking the stage tonight for <em>Bama Rising</em>, a benefit concert organized by country super-group Alabama to aid tornado relief in their home state.&nbsp;A Birmingham resident, Sara says she&rsquo;s proud to join her friends to help her hometown on a day that&rsquo;s extra special for Sara and her husband Jay Barker. <em>&ldquo;I am so proud of country music for coming together and doing this benefit concert because everybody&rsquo;s donating their time and it&rsquo;s just a busy time of year for everybody.
