Once again, Boynton Beach resident Maco Monthervil is here today to beguile us in ways we could not have predicted. Monthervil was last seen as one half of the Lovers Key, the memorable duo that released “Here Today, Gone Tomorrow,” which was No. 1 on the list of best local albums of 2014 in this space for its “beautifully calibrated mix of retro-soul swagger and stylish pop intelligence.” The pairing of the two members of the Lovers Key seemed dusted with a special kismet from its inception.
