Mt. Hebron's marching unit wows Atlantic City [Ellicott City]

Raymond Chow, Mt. Hebron High School Marching Unit Boosters publicity chairman, has great news to share. Last month, the MHHS Marching Unit participated in the Miss America Parade in Atlantic City. "Despite the constant and sometimes heavy rain, our students gave a great performance. ... They were one of the highlights of the parade," said Chow.
