  5. For Mick Foley, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan and others, 'paying dues' pays off

Last weekend I attended the <a href=&quot;http://www.pwhf.org" target="_blank">Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame</a> ceremony in Amsterdam, N.Y. It was great hearing such heartfelt speeches from legends of the industry and seeing so many familiar faces in the audience. One such face, Mick Foley, was in the audience enjoying the ceremony like everyone else and didn't even make a speech at the event. He drove four hours from his native Long Island to attend the induction of his trainer, the legendary Domenic DeNucci, then left less than an hour later.

  13. WWE draft for Raw and Smackdown: Does anyone still care?

Post-WrestleMania is usually the beginning of a new fiscal calendar in WWE, where many things start fresh. While that may not necessarily be the case as it pertains to rivalries (this year there were four WrestleMania rematches at Extreme Rules, tying the record set in 2010), it seems to be the case when it comes to fresh faces and new ideas being implemented on WWE programming.
