Concerts Music and art Several Columbia-bred artists and musicians have signed up to help kick off the opening of the City Arts Gallery's "Soulform Caravan" exhibit this Friday, Sept. 2, 5-8 p.m., at 440 E. Oliver St. in Baltimore City. Live music will be performed by the rock band Fractal Cat, featuring Columbia-raised musicians Miles Gannett on vocals and guitar, and Jason Armstrong Baker on drums. The six-person psychedelic group is preparing to release its first CD in the next few months. The exhibit, which is being curated by Baltimore artists Brian Baker and Heather Joi, will feature work by Columbia native Sarah Schwartz, a graduated of Wilde Lake High School....
