Felix A. Khin-Maung-Gyi, executive chairman and founder of Chesapeake Research Review LLC and an ethicist whose field was human research, died Thursday at his Ellicott City home of undetermined causes. He was 58. The son of Francis Khin-Maung-Gyi, a civil engineer, and Daisy Khin-Maung-Gyi, an educator, Felix Alexius Khin-Maung-Gyi was born in Rangoon, Burma, where he lived until 1968, when he moved with his family to Burlingame, Calif. They later moved to Bethesda when his father took a job with the World Bank in Washington.
