    MANSFIELD- Chelsea Kegler was awarded a $1,500 scholarship from Farm Credit East, an agricultural lending cooperative, to apply to her higher education. Chelsea raises Jersey cattle and Hampshire sheep and was active in her high school's FFA chapter. Kegler will attend Kansas State University in the fall to study animal science.
