    The Harford County Public Library, Jarrettsville Lions Club, businesses of Jarrettsville and representatives from Harford County Government have partnered to create an evening Twilight Farmer's Market from 3 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 5 at Jarrett's field on Route 23.
