  1. Two Planes Intercepted Near G-8 Summit, One Redirected to York Airport

    The US Military has intercepted two small planes that flew through restricted airspace near Camp David, where leaders of the G8 summit are meeting. It all happened around 7 p.m. Friday evening. A NORAD F-15 Eagle fighter jet intercepted the first plane at approximately 7:03 p.m. The Cessna 172 aircraft left the restricted area over the retreat and landed at York Airport in Thomasville, according to a statement posted on NORAD's Facebook page. The second Cessna was intercepted by an F-15 jet and a HH 60 Black Hawk helicopter around 7:17 p.m. and landed on a grass runway in Pennsylvania. Law enforcement agencies are interviewing both pilots, according to the statement.
