We'll have one more day of 90-degree weather before rain and thunderstorms bring slightly cooler temperatures to Hampton Roads.

There's a 40 percent chance for scattered thunderstorms after 2 p.m. Wednesday. Isolated showers are possible earlier in the day, according to the National Weather Service.

A hazardous weather outlook for the area states that the storms have the potential to produce strong wind gusts and heavy downpours.

The weather service is calling for a high temperature of about 94 degrees and a low of 75 degrees.

Expect highs in the high 80s Thursday and Friday with more chances for rain and storms. Sunny weather is in the forecast for the weekend.
