A 20-year-old Belcamp man was sentenced to a year in jail earlier this week after having pleaded guilty in connection with the death of a 15-year-old girl in a 2013 motor vehicle accident, in which both he and the girl had been using synthetic marijuana – commonly called "spice," Harford County's chief prosecutor said.
