Rama Kay Snyder-Miller, 76, of Confluence
Rama Kay Snyder-Miller, 76, of Confluence, died May 30, 2012 in Select Specialty Hospital, Johnstown. She was born Nov. 28, 1935 in Confluence, a daughter of Armour Snyder and Eleanor (McClintock) Snyder Frazee. Her parents, step-father Bert Frazee, and brother Jan Snyder preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband Glen; step-sister Marlin Frazee, West Richfield, Ohio; sister-in-law, Bernice Snyder, Confluence; nephew, Vance Snyder, Meyersdale; nieces: Chris Ann Wilson, Markleysburg; Rhonda Riesco, McHenry, Md.; Tara Blankenship, Austin, Texas; 10 great-nieces and -nephews and two great-great-nieces and -nephews. Rama was a member of Trinity Lutheran church of Confluence, a graduate of Confluence High School, West Virginia University, where she received a Masters Degree in Music, and was retired from the Music department of Laurel Highlands School District in Uniontown. She was loving, kind and generous. She loved her animals and the outdoors, reading and crossword puzzles. A funeral service with Rev. William Triebe officiating will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment in Somerset County Memorial Park.
