Mosholder scores his first-ever hole-in-one

Mosholder used a 9-iron to ace the 140-yard hole No. 5. Witnesses Chris Harbaugh, Roger Harbaugh and Brian Kreger said the ball hit approximately eight inches to the left of the pin and then spun into the hole.

SCULLTON — Two teams shot 8-under par to share first place honors in the King’s Mountain senior golf scramble Tuesday.
Winning team members were Mike Jones, Ed Zimmerman, Wilbur Thomas and Jim Walter, plus Ron Porterfield, Clyde Davidson, Harry Halfhill and Dale Nolf.
