Tuscany Grill Hosts Beer Dinner Nov. 13

Tuscany Grill's five-course fall beer dinner on Nov. 13 features hearty seasonal dishes paired with complementing brews.

The menu includes:

Duck spring rolls and autumn vegetable slaw with citrus ginger vinaigrette (Leinenkugel Orange Shandy)

Tuscan twice-baked bean and fall vegetable soup (Harpoon UFO)

Sweet potato gnocchi with sage brown butter sauce (Blue Moon Rounder)

Braised short ribs with beer-braised Brussels sprouts and roasted root vegetables (Otter Creek Copper Ale)

Maple pumpkin tart with salted pecan brittle (Harpoon Oktoberfest)

Cost is $42, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required. The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m.
