The following items were taken from police reports.
•Two men, 19 and 18, from Oak Park were charged with disorderly conduct after they yelled at and chased a 16-year-old River Forest boy on the 500 block of North Grove Avenue at 11:45 p.m. July 31.
•A 36-year-old Oak Park woman was charged with battery and criminal damage to property after an incident in her home on the 1400 block of North Austin Boulevard involving an Addison woman at 7:01 p.m. July 29.
•A 45-year-old Chicago man was charged with felony retail theft and criminal trespass to property after he returned at 9:10 a.m. July 29 to the CVS pharmacy on the 300 block of Madison Street he had been told not to enter and took 10 boxes of 5-Hour Energy items worth $152. He was stopped several blocks away with the unpaid items and was charged with a felony upgrade because of a previous retail theft conviction.
•A men's black 26-inch Schwinn Discover bicycle worth $260 was stolen out of a garage on the 800 block of Lyman Avenue. Entry was made through an open glass sliding door between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. July 31.
•A red-and-black Clean Force 1800 power washer worth $169 was stolen out of a garage on the 900 block of North Taylor Avenue between noon July 30 and 3 p.m. July 31.
•A laptop computer and $400 in coins, totaling $1,900, were stolen out of a home on the 1000 block of North Humphrey Avenue where the rear basement door was forced open between 3 p.m. July 30 and noon July 31.
•A Dell laptop computer worth $1,070 was stolen from inside a Coach bag in a vehicle parked behind a home on the 900 block of Home Avenue. The passenger-side rear-window glass was broken between 8 p.m. July 30 and 12:30 a.m. July 31.
•A set of men's golf clubs, golf shoes, two pairs of sunglasses, camping equipment and a window blinds sample box — all worth $5,675 — were stolen out of a vehicle parked on the 900 block of Wesley Avenue between 8 p.m. July 29 and 8:30 a.m. July 30.
•Spare tires worth $250 and $100 were removed July 29 and July 30 from two vehicles parked on the 100 block of Home Avenue and 200 block of Washington Boulevard.
•A baby stroller, Garmin Nuvi 150 global-positioning-system unit, two cases of Corona beer, two iPod chargers and $2 in change — totaling $322 — were stolen out of a vehicle parked on the 700 block of Garfield between 7:30 p.m. July 29 and 8:40 a.m. July 30.
•A cream-and-tan 24-inch, 21-speed girl's bicycle worth $300 was stolen out of a garage on the 1000 block of North Kenilworth Avenue between 3:15 and 5 p.m. July 30.
•No loss was reported after burglaries overnight July 28 of two unlocked vehicles parked on the 1100 block of North Austin Boulevard and the 1100 block of Fair Oaks.
•No entry was made after someone broke the window pane of a home on the 1100 block of North Oak Park Avenue and pushed the inner pane and wood frame into the living room between 6:30 and 8 p.m. July 28.
•Someone tried without success to pry the lock of a rear door and a rear window of a home on the 700 block of North Oak Park Avenue between 1 and 5 p.m. July 28.
•A Gerber knife worth $35 and $15 in change were stolen out of a River Forest resident's unlocked vehicle parked on the 400 block of North Scoville Avenue between 7:10 and 8:50 p.m. July 27.
•A men's dark-green 21-inch Trek 720 bicycle and black U-lock worth $1,140 were stolen out of an unlocked garage on the 1200 block of Fair Oaks Avenue between 9 p.m. July 27 and 9 a.m. July 28.
•A black-and-red Passport radar detector worth $800 was stolen out of a vehicle parked on the 400 block of South Kenilworth Avenue where the passenger-side front window was broken.
•A man about 25 to 35 was seen fleeing at 7:30 p.m. July 28 from an unlocked vehicle parked on the 1000 block of Hayes from which $3 in coins were stolen.
