The following items were taken from police reports:

GLENVIEW

An 18-year-old Chicago woman was arrested on the 2300 block of Shermer Road on March 30 just after midnight and charged with drunken driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or more, possession of a fictitious or altered license, illegal transportation of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage and disobeying a red light.

A 43-year-old Chicago woman was arrested on the 1900 block of Tower Drive on March 30 and charged with retail theft.

A Glenview Park District employee reported on March 25 that aluminum tags were stuck on park benches at Jackman Park, 1930 Prairie St.

Eggs were thrown at a vehicle parked in front of a home on the 3000 block of Independence Avenue sometime overnight between March 24 and 25. The vehicle was not damaged.

Three checks were reported stolen on March 25 from a checkbook in a bedroom on the 2800 block of Independence Avenue. One of the checks was cashed for $287.

A resident on the 1400 block of Lehigh Avenue reported on March 25 that two suspicious purchases were charged to his or her account after hiring an Internet company to provide two-year maintenance on their home computer.

Several thousand dollars worth of tools were stolen from a construction site at 1020 Waukegan Ave. sometime overnight between March 25 and 26.

About 12 eggs were thrown at a home on the 1500 block of Monterey Drive between March 21 and 25, causing an estimated $500 in damage.

An estimated $250 was stolen from a vehicle while it was parked at the Glenview Post Office, 1400 Patriot Blvd., on March 25, or at the car owner's workplace on the 3600 block of West Lake Avenue on March 26.

Burglars stole or damaged an estimated $35,000 in valuables from a home on the 1400 block of Patriot Boulevard on March 27.

More than $10 was stolen from a tip jar at a business on the 2800 block of Pfingsten Road on March 27.

After a driver reported someone in a Toyota minivan pointed a handgun at him or her on Milwaukee Avenue on March 29, police tracked down the person and determined the driver did not have a gun and the complainant may have mistaken a cell phone for a weapon.

Two 19-year-olds, one from Glenview and one from Golf, and a 20-year-old from Glenview, were cited under village ordinance for being minors in possession of alcohol on March 29 on the 1700 block of Greenwood Road.

The Internal Revenue Service and the Illinois Department of Revenue contacted a resident on the 3400 block of Winchester Lane on March 30 stating that someone had filed a 2013 tax return using his or her name and social security number.

A windshield was broken while parked in a driveway on the 3600 block of Ari Lane on March 30. The estimated loss is $500.

An American flag, valued at $35, was missing and the flagpole was knocked down on the 1200 block of Canterbury lane on March 30.

Two fraudulent charges totaling $7,000 were made to a woman's credit card after her wallet was stolen while at a business on the 2500 block of Waukegan Road on March 31.

A resident on the 1600 block of Waukegan Road reported on March 31 that he or she received a collection notice for an unpaid bill of $244.96 after someone used his or her identity to open a cable account.
