Morris Dwane White, 42, of Stanford, passed away Friday April 27, of injuries sustained in an accident.
Born in Richmond, Dwane was the son of Morris G. White and Wanda Abrams Renner. He graduated from Madison Central High School in 1988 and attended Eastern Kentucky University for four years. Dwane was a retired United States Army veteran, employed by Central Seal in Danville and a former owner of Tren Tire Center in Stanford.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Claude and Pauline Abney White.
Survivors include his wife, Kelli J. White; two children, Kash Rylan and Kinslee Paige White; his mother and stepfather, Thomas and Wanda Renner; his father, Morris White; grandparents, Dewey and Theda Van Winkle Abrams; stepbrother, Brian Renner; aunt, Sandy (Bill) Freeman; uncles, Billy Joe White and Bernie (Susan) Abrams; nephew, Brian Thomas Renner; father and mother-in-law, Earl and Carolyn Miller; sister-in-law Staci Miller; cousins, Kelley Freeman, Casey and Cory Abrams and Mark Alan (Erlena) Parker; and many extended aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral services were May 2 at Lakes Funeral Home in Berea with Bro. James Hardin and Rev. Lewis Walter officiating. Burial with full military honors was in Madison County Memorial Gardens.
Active pallbearers were Nick Jones, Michael Lee, Carter Crowe, Chuck Isaacs, Steve Jones and Garry Gay. Honorary bearers was Brian Renner, Mark Parker, Cory Abrams, Casey Abrams, Kelley Freeman, Mark Kitchen and Steve Ison.
