In the collector world, selling and trading timepieces is nothing new. In the past, however, the choice was pretty limited – online auction sites and pawnshops on the lower end, or auctions and private sales at the upper end. CIRCA saw a need 11 years ago and stepped in, opening offices in key cities to buy watches and jewelry.
"We have truly redefined the experience of selling watches and jewelry making the process simple, enjoyable and rewarding," says Jeffrey Singer, co-founder and VP, CIRCA. "CIRCA offers the strongest prices available to sellers worldwide coupled with immediate payment."
CIRCA is the largest buyer of fine watches and jewelry in in the world, with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Washington, D.C., and other key cities. All customers have to do is walk into a CIRCA office, have their pieces evaluated and priced. If the customers agree with the price, they walk out the door with a check.
CIRCA also offers advice concerning how to go about selling. "We strongly encourage people not to spend money cleaning, repairing or refurbishing watches before they bring them in as it doesn't increase the value significantly," Singer says.
If you find you have watches or jewelry that you aren't wearing, you can sell these much easier than ever before, funding your next purchase.
