A&E is still firmly in the Mark Wahlberg business. Building on the success of "Wahlburgers," the network has greenlit a new half-hour reality pilot produced by Wahlberg and set in his native Boston, Variety has confirmed.

The project, which has a working title of "The Big Brew Theory," follows four quirky and highly intelligent MIT grad students who have pooled their life savings to achieve their dream of creating a home grown micro-brewery and team up with a beautiful MIT undergrad to launch their business.

The pilot is being produced for A&E Network by 44 Blue Productions, Closest to the Hole Productions, Leverage Entertainment, Dunlop Entertainment and Bill Thompson Productions. Wahlberg's fellow executive producers are Stephanie Drachkovitch for 44 Blue Productions, Stephen Levinson for Leverage Entertainment, Scott Dunlop for Dunlop Entertainment, Bill Thompson for Bill Thompson Productions and Shelly Tatro, Drew Tappon, Lily Neumeyer and Devon Graham for A&E.

Wahlberg's track record with A&E isn't perfect, however; his last reality series, "Breaking Boston," was pulled from the schedule after one week on air due to "underperformance."
